In addition to standard onboard check weighing function, the ED SkidWeigh series will monitor the operational pattern of the vehicle (moving and standing loaded, unloaded, lift time, loads being lifted, etc.) in real time, updating information every second.
If the operational pattern is less than the utilization factor for that operational facility, a visual warning and time count down in seconds will be initiated and presented on digital display to the lift truck operator indicating the pre-warning of the under utilization operational condition.
The operator can either ignore the warning, which will result in the system recording of under utilization condition (web based wireless or data logger recording) or continue with a normal operation that will cancel the vehicle under utilization visual warning operational status.
